During the holiday season and year round, the State’s Attorney’s Office asks you to DRIVE SOBER. Your life and the lives of others depend on it.
The SAO and our community partners want to see you enjoy the holidays responsibly. Designated drivers (16 years old and over) can redeem ONE free* non-alcoholic drink with our Drive Sober voucher* at the below locations until January 1, 2026.

Unfortunately, the holiday season is one of the deadliest times on the roadways due to impaired driving. The SAO wants you to make it home for the holidays safely and responsibly. On Thanksgiving Eve (Wednesday, November 26) and New Year's Eve (Wednesday, December 31), we will release an Uber discount code for free* rides in Charles County.
